Payment options

 

Mail Check

You write a check and mail it each month before the due date.  Be sure to write your address on your check. To avoid a late fee, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the check to us.
Make your check payable to your homeowner association’s full name (not PCM) as it is written on the statement, and mail it to:
The Name of Your Association
P.O. Box 40639
Pasadena CA 91114

Your Bank’s  Online Bill-Pay

Set up your homeowner’s association as a payee with your own bank’s online banking bill-pay service. Please complete your bill-pay setup exactly as follows:

• Payee:                      The Name of Your Association (not PCM)
• Address Line 1:       P.O. Box 40639
• City, State, Zip:        Pasadena CA 91114
• Account Number:   Your unit number or address

Please note that although the banking institution withdraws the money from your account when they mail the check, that does not mean for certain that the check has been received. Payments will be credited to your account when received, not when the check is dated, post marked or withdrawn from your account.   To avoid a late fee, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the check to reach us.
